wow yeah I also remember that in the mid 1980s even. Worked for Digital Equipment corp and we did a lot of lab tests on memory systems, and had this funky cone thing to attach to the scope so you could take Polaroids and paste them in your engineering notebook. sounds very old-timey. fun!
